Ragi / Finger Millet Dhosa


For making Batter

1. Ragi flour-1cup

2. Rice flour -1/4 cup

3. Salt as per taste

4. curd/yogurt - 1tbsp

5. water - 1cup

For Tempering

1. green chillis  chopped -4 nos

2. Onion chopped -1

3. curry leaves - 

4.  Cumin - 1tbsp


1. Mix the ingredients for batter and set it  aside for 15 minutes altempso note that batter should
be in watery consistency

2. In a pan, add 1 tbsp oil and temper the ingredients which is mentioned under  tempering

3. Finally add the tempered stuff to the batter

4. heat the dhosa pan and pour a laddle of batter and grease with oil in sides and flip both the sides.

5.  Serve it hot with chutney and sambar
