Dates and nuts laddu without sugar


Dates and nuts laddu  is one of the recent hit in my family especially with my daughter, I usually take one laddu as snack for munching for my daughter when I pick her up after school. It is also helathy and there is no sugar in it.

Ingredients:

1. Coarsely blended nuts(any choice of yours like almond,cashew,pistachios,brazil nuts) - 1cup
2. blended dates - 1cup
3. Ghee/melted butter -  2 tbsp

Method:

1. Take a pan and heat two tbsp of ghee
2. add in coarsely blended nut in ghee and saute it.
3. add blended dates in the pan
4.switch flame off and let it cool down
5. Finally pat it into desired round size.
