Flaxseed Idli podi


Flax seed idli podi/ chutney podi is one of the trending idli podis currently. Idli podi is
everyone's favorite especially kids. Podi is healthy made of spices and lentils, flaxi seed podi is even
more healthy. My usual savior of sidishes for idli/dhosa is idli podi. When we travel ,we pack idlis smeared with idli podis and it will be a really refreshing food during our long journeys.

Ingredients:

1. Flax seed - 1 cup
2.Toor dal - 1/2 cup
3.Urad dal - 1cup
4. Pepper and cumin - 1 tbsp
5. Red chillies - 15nos
6. Salt as per taste

Method:

1. Dry fry all the ingredients in a pan

2. Let it get cool down completely

3. blend it in blender coarsely.

4. Pair it with idli/dhosa smeard with oil/ghee.
