Ghee Mysore Pak



Ingredients:

Besan flour/kadalai mavu - 1cup

Sugar - 1cup

Ghee- 1.5 cups

water- 1/4 cup

Procedure:

1. dry roast besan flour until the smell is sensed

2. take only 1cup of ghee and mix the besan flour in it without lumps

3. in a thick bottomed vessel, add sugar and water, prepare sugar syrup
    until one string is obtained

4. add the besan flour in sugar syrup and when the sides turns non sticky and
    when bubbles  are formed add another half cup of ghee

5. in a greased tray pour the content and cut into desired size and take it
    once the mysore pak is cooled
